Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:

• approved unopened returns
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
